we would like to add a "virtual" wet t-shirt contest to our new site once it's up and running... we will supply all video clips as Quicktime w/ an alpha channel... see the attached link for a still frame from a similar site (no longer online) to help get a better idea of what we need... [url removed, login to view] 1. 5 still frames (1 of each girl) are rotating on a plate (see attached image) - music plays with an "on/off" option 2. when the mouse scrolls over the girls they slow down so you can select the one you'd like to see first 3. when you select a girl she locks into place and the other fade out 4. have a "load" bar to show the progress as the video clip of her dancing loads up 5. once it loads she begins dancing on an 8 second loop 6. while she's dancing a cup of water fills up (that will be the load bar as we are loading the next video clip of her dancing now with a wet t-shirt) 7. once the clip loads and the cup fills then user can click "splash me" to dump water on her 8. then she dances in a wet t-shirt 9. then we need a way to let users vote for their favorite thanks
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
