Adding Dynamic Functionality

I am working on a static version of the following site:

I want to make this site fully dynamic so that the client can log into a WYSIWG admin panel and edit information (text and pictures) on 8 pages (the pages in the nav bar), as well as post news on the home page and the news page.

I will also need a random image displayer for the header image (different image loads every time you load the page).

Lastly, I need a flash media player with a very basic interface (black with white buttons for "play", "pause", "forward", "reverse" with a display that tells users what song is playing by what artists (this will be read from an XML file) for the "sounds" page of the site that uses an XML playlist (the client will send me a new song, I will upload it and add it's location to the xml file).

I expect for you to spend this much time on the project:

20 minutes for dynamic header image display

2 hours to make the pages editable with an admin panel (I just need functionality here)

2 hours on the flash player and xml play list

I would like this project completed ASAP
