**OVERVIEW**
Need enhancements to existing site. We want our visitors to have a pleasant and simple experience when they choose to create their own "Tribute Page" -- registration, enter text telling the story of their tribute, select a graphic of their choice (which we shall provide online) or upload one of their own, and then proceed through the payment process.
**DETAIL
**Please bid separately on each item below:
1. **_Add opt-in box on homepage_** ??" to subscribe to our newsletter, along with all coding necessary to collect email addresses and forward to our administrator's email address.
2. **_Revise existing Flash banner on homepage_** - Embed video on the right-hand side that plays automatically when page is opened. It should have button panel to start/pause/stop. Coder must determine how banner needs to be changed to accomplish this. All other pages displaying Flash banner will not contain the video.
3. **_Create a "Pre-Order" page_** - Where the selection of available images will be a new feature. (please refer to Overview, above). May require telephone meeting (at our expense) to determine what should be done to achieve a successful visitor experience.
4. **_Review existing coding - all pages_** to identify what needs to be cleaned up, or is just plain sloppy. Also, we need to identify whether our coding is _robust enough_ to handle heavy volumes of traffic going into the future.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
