The program is to be written in visual C++ or basic (coder choice) with the use of excel or access (or any type the coder wishes after we agree to it) as the database
The required fields are: first name, last name, member ID, 21 fields for 21 games scores, average (optional, but required as it will be explained later on) and large comment box
The program is to allow the following: add member, edit member, delete member, add new games, view member details (first and last name, member ID, 21 games and average) and the comment box
we require a GUI that has buttons for (add, edit and delete member) and drop-down list when viewing member details (both by name or by member ID to be available)
the 21 games for each member is a queue (first in, first out). When the 21 games fields are full and new games scores are added, oldest games to be deleted and the new games to be inserted in the back of the queue. Average to be updated immediatley
a proper design of the GUI is a must.
for the program to run, and exe accompanied with the excel or access file in the same folder is only needed.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
