Develop a [login to view URL] Payment Plugin for Gravity Forms

I want to know if you can develop a payment-plugin for Gravity Forms (Wordpress form builder) for me.
Basically I want exactly the same like this for me ->
[url removed, login to view]
But instead of Stripe as a payment service I want you to use [url removed, login to view] (SAFERPAY) as a payment service.
So what you can do is look at the source code of the stripe plugin and use it for the new Saferpay plugin.
The reason why I want Saferpay instead of Stripe is that Saferpay is working in Europe and Stripe is not.
Saferpay also offers a second payment option beside credit card which is ELV (check out [url removed, login to view]). I also want the ELV payment to be integrated into the plugin.
There shoul be two seperate masks in Gravity Forms at end - one mask for Credicard and another mask for ELV. I can let them show up by conditional logic in gravity forms (If CreditCard is selected show CreditCard mask and if ELV is selected show ELV mask).
