Design and Set up PHP Forums

This project is to design and install a forum for [[url removed, login to view]][1] using the most current version PHP forums.

All forum pages should contain the 'header' of the site, which means the two Google ad blocks on the top of the page plus everything above them. You should also design or impliment a simple template on the forums to match the color scheme of the header.

## Deliverables

Please post all files and any installation instructions to rent-a-coder. We reserve the right to require unlimited revisions until project is completed to our satisfaction.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition.

All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
