Dedicated Server Ecommerce Site

We need a fully functional ecommerce website. We are starting a dedicated server/colocation company. The site will have a number of different areas. 1) Main pages where people can see about the company, our products, datacenter and start the build/order process. 2) User registration/setup and order section. When someone wants to order a server, they need to setup a user account and be able to pay for their order. This section will issue emails to the administrators as well as the customers. 3) Customer Portal section. This is where the customer will be able to see their bandwidth usage (by pulling MRTG Graphs from a different server ??" which will have to be programmed). They will also need to be able to see their server(s), submit trouble tickets, see the billing schedule, add servers to their account, etc. 4) Administrator section. This section will show all active accounts, trouble ticket systems, upcoming billings, etc. 5) Payments will be accepted via credit card and paypal using PayPal Payments Pro. All details for each section will be worked out after the project is awarded. If more explanation is needed for you to submit a bid, please message me and I will provide the details that I can. You can use these sites as a reference to understand what we are doing. A logo will be provided to the winner for use in the design.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The language can be any language you chose and the backend must be in either mySQL or MS SQL. I would prefer .NET and MS SQL, but it is not mandatory.
