Changing the way attachments are displayed in the Notes field of Outlook contacts

I have made a custom form (based on Outlook's contact form) to which I attach a lot of objects. I would like to find a way to make attachments appear in a more organized fashion in the Notes field of the form. By default, they show up as icons, which gets pretty messy when you have a lot of attached items. In addition, long object titles are cut off, unless you click on the object.

## Deliverables

Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite.

Display the Notes field in my custom form (based on Contacts form), so that it resembles the Windows List or Details view for folders. 1. The attachments should appear underneath each other. 2. The icon should be smaller. 2. Attachment titles should be fully legible, no matter the length of the title. Additional deliverable It would be great to be able to sort them by title or by date, similar to what you do in a windows folder (clicking on a header).
