CRELoaded Error 10520 When Discount Code Applied

On my CRELoaded shopping cart, when I apply a discount code, paypal transaction errors out with the error code 10520. But if no discount code applied Paypal works fine. I need help in debugging and fixing the problem asap. website : [url removed, login to view]
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
