Algorithm

Need a program to rotate a list of people into groups of any specified size. Will need to generate a "pick list" either manually or by importing database info from excel spreadsheet. Once original list is populated, would pick and choose people to move into the rotation column. Once the rotation column is complete, need to choose what size to break list into: groups of 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, or 10. Must be able to print this information as to who ends up in each group, for seat assignments. Must be able to save this list for later use, and be able to add or subtract from it from the "pick list" and rotate again. The goal is to rotate a large group of people every month without repeats. People on list would probably need a unique identification number, plus a category code to keep people in like-professions from being seated together. As I will be applying this in several different organizations, I need the ability to start from a blank list for each organization - in other words, need to be able to use this program for different groups of people. This program can be web-based if it saves time and money. Not enough space allowed to give further details, I have much more info that explains this process much better that I can send you if interested.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
