I need a php and mySQL based availability calendar that can be accessed online and can be used for 1000's of rentals. You need to create easy scripts that I can use a simple include(); in my current php pages. I would like 4 individual scripts separated into different files:
1. View a one month calendar for specified rental using property ID number, about 300x300px (use current month. Show options for next and previous, use AJAX to update calendar inline. Include a link to 'full calendar'(#2))
2. View all months for one year (12 calendars arranged 3 per row with 4 rows) for a particular rental starting with the current month. And have option to display more (next). Similar to <[url removed, login to view]>
3. Come up with a method that when searching a mySQL database table for rentals, which are organized in "properties" table within a database named "BRR", that have for example: 5 bedrooms, users can limit search to only rentals available between two user specified dates(arrival and departure). Decide whether or not calendar dates need a new database and/or table? Or if the "unavailable" dates should be organized into the properties table within the "BRR" database in a BLOB or something similar? So figure out the best way to handle the dates, and conference call with me before making any decisions.
4. Create an easy way to 'block out' dates that are unavailable for a particular rental by specifying an arrival and departure date. Figure out best way to allow for batch date entries.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
3) All work done must meet requirements and approval of the buyer(Matt Cimino). If the work is not up to the standards described within this document no funds will be received from the buyer to the seller.

Should be compatible with all browsers. Needs to work on PHP with mySQL database.
