Copy DVD Software - DVD to CDR or DVDR

We require a clone of dvdxcopy, an application that will allow one to Backup a DVD to CDR. A good example of this can be found here [url removed, login to view] The application will work in this order if recording to CDR: 1. Reads the DVD and decodes to the hard drive. 2. Converts the video and audio to MPEG format (MPEG format will be define by the user) 3. The application will then define space available on the CDR and give the user options to compress on (1) CDR or use more than (1) if necessary. The application will work in this order if recording to DVDR: 1. Reads the DVD and decodes to the hard drive. 2. Records to DVDR bit by bit. We are looking for someone that is highly experienced in this field. Please only bid if you feel you can meet our requirments. Send demo if you have previous completed work in this area.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Implement a demo version with limited function using SafeSerial or Armadillo.
