Convert Simple Photoshop Image to MFC using GDI+

We require the attached Photoshop image (created using vectors) to be drawn using GDI+? (with anti-aliasing) in MFC, this a very simple job and we will accept the first coder who bids with a reasonable price and states how long job will take.

The only change is the function for drawing this image should allow the colour to be set to any RGB Colour with various shapes calculated within the function.
