Call Powerful CPP SendKeys From VB.NET

I need someone to make a dll out of the code sample on <[login to view URL]> and then give me the exact VB.NET code necessary to call the sendkeys classes in the dll from a [VB.NET][1] project in a little sample VB.NET application.
This code is C++ sendkeys code that is way more powerful than the default [VB.NET][1] code.
## Deliverables
The Coder for this project must be proficient in VB.NET and C++ programming.
This is exactly what I want:

2 - Get familiar with this C++ SendKeys code
3 - Download the sample code from this site
4 - From the C++ Code, create a DLL
5 - Create a VB.NET program that calls the DLL and uses the DLL's functions to do the exact same things as the code sample... ie - run the following:
