Create code sample in various web languages

We have built a Java Applet that helps uploading multiples files in one HTTP request. The applet let you select several files on your local hard drive to upload them in one time.

So the data is posted (form method=post) to a script on the server, that actually parse the request and store the files to the disk. We have a sample using .NET that use the built in upload component of the framework, and that work perfectly.

We need a developer that will be able to create 2 or 3 code samples in each of the following languages :

- ASP.NET (at least we will provide the samples you can reuse and adapt)

- ASP (using the free DundasUpload component and/or no component feature available on the web)

- PHP (I think they provide all you need)

- JSP

- Coldfusion

The samples consist of :

1. The HTML page that host the applet and that will post to the script

2. The script itself that will handle the upload (in different langauges

3. The upload success HTML page (shared with all languages)

4. The upload error HTML page (shared with all languages)

A sample demonstrating the basic features

A sample demonstrating the custom header features

A sample demonstrating limitations and customizations

... for each languages.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
