Bulk update or edit eBay auctions w/ API

I need a Web or desktop application (prefer web) that will look at all my auctions, check to see which ones have bids and which ones don't and perform a search and replace text to the listing's Description.

If the auction? have a bid,? append the text to the end of the current description.

The web interface will have a login? where users will? enter their eBay ID or token, then this will take them to the edit screen.? The edit screen will have place to enter existing text and new text to revise.

If the new text to revise is left blank, the app will replace the existingt text with the blank.? Basically delete the existing text.

## Deliverables

I need to have completely new code and not something someone has already done.? Also, after completion, I'll have full copyright of this code.
