ASP.NET 2.0 app

Hello to all, We need an ASP .NET 2.0 webpage that will create a JPEG contact sheet for a set of images of the same width, and length in a specific directory defined in the [url removed, login to view] file. A key in the [url removed, login to view] file sets the directory where all the images are located When a user loads the [url removed, login to view] page he sees a tile of images. The user has the options of a. Selecting all of the images b. Selecting multiple rows of images c. Selecting multiple columns of images d. Selecting individual images The user also has the option of selecting a. The number of vertical or horizontal tiles in the contact sheet, or b. A percentage number to scale down the images for the contact sheet Once the selections and settings are made, the user clicks on a process button and the contact sheet gets generated and gets displayed on the screen The implementation structure that needs to be used: public class contactSheet { public int numVerticalTiles = 0; public int numHorizontalTiles = 0; public float reduceByPercentage = 50.5; public Image generate(string[] imageFileNames) { } } This class needs to be integrated into a DLL, whose class will be accessed by the webpage. Notes: 1. the images in the directory will be the same width and height size 2. The images will be in JPEG format 3. If the number of images select does not match the number vertical or horizontal tiles specified by the user, BLACK empty tiles will be generated in their place. An example is attached.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
