I need someone to create a forum type app, where people will be able to sign in to a forum and both post and see a list to sign up for events in their local communities. I need to be able to have a max number of people allowed at each event, and for the poster to be able to set pricing for their event.
The events will need to be distinguished by type/distance from zip/age group and skill level.
