Deprecated COCOA C++ Mac Application - update

I am an apple developer with a an old project that will not compile. It made use of the NAVDIALOG from an API that is no longer supported. I need help to port this code to a new API. We want to open a dialog to obtain a text file and open a dialog to save a text file..

WHEN NOT TO BID

If you never developed an application on a mac, don't bid.

After the deadline passes, I just raise a dispute and cancel the project (too many bad freelancers out there that waste my time!).

the MLTEShowcase code (attached below) was used by our present project. This is old stuff and just does not compile anymore.
