Co-develop Android applications

I am looking for a co-developer to help me out with developing one or more Android applications. The required skills:
1) great English communication skills (especially in written form)
2) deep knowledge of Android (Java and C++) and its ecosystem ADS, gradle, ant, maven, Android test case, monkeyrunner
3) follow SW dev. standards e.g. solid design, documented code, git (github), continuous integration via [login to view URL] (jenkins)
4) ideally knowledge of some of the following: PDF (e.g. itext, mupdf), or BT/BTLE stack, cryptography, iOS
