I need someone to develop an html5 phonegap single page that will submit data into mysql database. The single page will contain only 5 things.
1. A full name feild
2. Two buttons
a) First button that selects a picture from device photo library .
b)Second button that opens the device camera to take a picture.
note: Any picture selected under the point 2 should show in a preview below.
3. A submit button that will submit the data on this page to a summary or review page.
note: the image selected from the previous page should show on the review page.
4. Finally, there should a submit button on the review page to submit the data into mysql database.
NOTE : JUST USE A SIMPLE CSS.
