Android Wear (watch) proof-of-concept project (push messaging alerts)

I'm after a simple "notification" app. I need a commandline server script which accepts as input an image (PNG or JPG or anything) and a userid, and originates a "push" notice which results in the watch of my user immediately showing the image and triggering a vibration and/or sound when it arrives on the watch.
The watch needs to wake up and show the image with no user interaction at all - as soon as their wrist vibrates and they look at the watch, they must see the image.
If they are already using their watch and are doing something else on it, this incoming push event needs to interrupt what they're doing and immediately show the image.
When the image is showing, they must be able to tap on it. When they tap, the location (X,Y) of the tap needs to be sent to my web server, and then the app needs to close (to stop showing the image and exit). If they were doing something else when this image pops up, then when they tap, it needs to go back to what they were doing.
The commandline server script is intended to run from a web server CGI - I don't care which kind (linux, osx, windows).
This app must be suitable for publishing live, so it can be tested using real push-notification settings and servers (not just the sandbox ones).
I do not need any fancy enrollment work - I'm happy to do manual steps to find and enter the push-notification-user-IDs into my commandline script, but, you must provide me with all the tools and instructions I'll need so that I can test and use this app.
You must own a real physical watch to bid or work on this project.
You must do thorough testing.
You must either know how to do this, or do sufficient research to decide how and if it's possible to accomplish all these things.
WARNING: If you cannot do every single thing above, you must tell me in your bid what you will not do. If I accept your bid and you work on this project, and there are features missing from your project, I will either not pay you at all, or, I will halve the amount of money I pay you for every missing feature that you do not deliver.
