Development of an an Airbnb/Drivy/Spinlister like mobile App for Android and IOS and an associated webpage with similar/identical functionality

We are looking for someone who can design and program a complete alike App (and webpage) to the one from Spinlister [login to view URL] . The design and programming of the webpage would need to happen within the same project. It will be slightly different from Spinlister, but nevertheless it is 99% the perfect example and functionality is supposed to be nearly identical.

Detailed job information:

1.) Programming and designing of an APP very similar/identical to the Spinlister one for IOS and Android (both)

2.) Including all relevant graphics and functionality (Full Facebook/Payment/Google Maps etc. integration and functionality)

3.) Possibility for us to easily duplicate the APP in order to use it for different other product categories and offerings. Which means a backend that can easily be altered and managed from our side.

4.) Design and programming of a webpage with very similar functionality to [login to view URL] (Airbnb, Drivy etc.)

Additional information:

1.) We plan to have several follow up projects after the first one

2.) Although we would like to have major functionality and App management options from our side we would like to keep the developer for continuous improvements and further developments

Time Frame:

The final decision for the project will be made before the end of April 2014
