Convert mobile site to iOS APP

HI, I need to get already build responsive mobile website converted to an iPhone app. I will provide all the assets for the app and it just need to be converted into an install-able app for iPhones.
Phase 1 of the project will be to add some test iphone devices to the test.
Phase 2 of the project will be to make some changes to the file (revised files will be provided) and you will only be required to update the assets on your end.
Phase 3 to provide us the final assets so that we can submit using our own developer account.
All source will need to be submitted to us for any future revisions/tweaks on our end.
Time frame is only 1 day for the test app as I already have been provided a quote for this. I am not looking for any new devs and I need someone with enough knowledge and experience.
More work will be provided to the right awarded candidate.
