Data Mining android App

I'm looking for an app Developer.

This is what I need:

1. App that collects user data.

2. App is disguise as a regular app, such as a "Flashlight"

The data I want collect is anything that is done on the phone. Such as:

1. Apps being used

2. Websites being visited

Once I have found a developer to do this for me, we will work closely to finalize the App.

I must be able to communicate with the win bidder, So English is Preferred.

I will submit this at a Fixed rate for the above stated needs.
