I need a java library / class that can play UDP multicast on android 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 set top box at full screen.
The existing Android MediaPlayer/VideoView has some limitation that some version can not play udp multicast
and some can not play at full screen.
I need someone to build the library that can run across all platform (and different chip like RK3066 and/or Amlogic M6).
I can supply the Set-Top Box for the development.
