Andriod and Iphone Devloper needed

i have a project on android

Requirement is

Ok i have android app on android market. Those are my problems.

1: no rating and i need to now how do market

2: need some changes to do about my logo.

3: people cant buy it if they dont use their credit card. And need to change that they can buy it from their phone.

4: and your addvise is it bether have free app ( but i dont now how to earn if is it free ) or have app which have to buy it.
