Hello,
I would like to conduct a research project to understand the satisfaction of my website's users and the products they use - based on Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Items we want to know:
* the strengths and weaknesses of our website and products, to assist us in our development scheduling in 2016.
* understand the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors and their NPS score.
* evaluate some new products we are thinking of building to understand if our audiecne would purchase the products and how much they would be willing to spend
* learn the demographics of our audience and their purchasing behaviour with our key advertisers
All up there will be about 30-40 questions.
Brief:
* Assistance in writing the questionnaire
* I would like to have someone analyse the data and present a research findings report for me in PowerPoint format.
