Component Assembly

Need Amateur Radio Antenna 9:1 matchboxes assembled for 1.5-54 MHz radio operation. Assembled in minimum unit lots of 12 each per shipment with specified component parts required by client and supplied by the freelancer. Order shipped prepaid to Everett WA USA within 3 days after receipt of the order online..

Project orders will be on going in minimum 12 unit lots so long as they are supported by resales in the months and years ahead.

Lot of 12 units include (6) 300 Watt and (6) 2000 Watt power level units, assembled with medium and large size torrids respectively, using 3 conductor 18 ga tri-color flat wire weindings, stainless hardware, and hused in a sealed, waterproof proportionally sized project box. Photos and assembly step by step instructions are provided.

Before full production of all unit starts, within 30 days, we first need a single unit (prototype) made before assembly of any others.

The 30 days should provide time for freelancer to:

1. email the client the suppliers contact information for for all materials and itemized cost for each component.

2. assemble 1 prototype unit to be made and shipped to Everett WA for inspection and approval

3. With 15 days after bid is awarded, freelancer must submit to the client, a parts list showing cost of parts for 12 units and the suppliers contact information for each component.

Final assembly may require either a SO-239 connector or an optional N-type connector (if required) be installed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE COMPLETED Units must achieve a 48-52 ohm rating WITH at least a 1.3:1 SWR ratio FROM 1.8 TO 30 Mhz. Freelancer needs to affix to the bottom of the box, a yellow inspected/certifying sticker to show the unit has met the ratings required.

Milestone is in 3 parts --- Initial milestone 1 is 35%. Upon receipt of prototype in Everett WA and it approved. Milestone two (then would be deposited ($25%). Complete the remaining 11 units after prototype approval and ship prepaid to Everett WA within 3 days. Final Milestone 3 (40%) will be paid on order completion.

This bid remains in effect for future unit lot productions for next 2 years.

Also provide another photo of the inside of the match box so you can see the Teflon sleeves installed on the "Allex 240 14 ga wire" from superior Essex flat wire as it is wrapped around the Fair Rite Torrid Core.
