Hello,
I have elastix and 2 OpenVox 8-channel gateways, everything is configured, it's possible to make a call from the softphone in LAN, but when our another office try to connect from outside with IP, because of some autentification error or something calls come just to the elastix centrale, but are not going to gateways and that probles should be fixed.
I will give you the remote access and explain everything you need, so it should not be more than 30-60 minutes of work if you are an expert in this filed.
