Customizing Master Page in SharePoint in order to work with Nintex forms.

WE have a custom master page feature which is enabled whenever a new site collection is created. This is VS solution.
With our custom Masterpage feature enabled, when we open nintex forms to edit the forms and go in the settings dialog box the ribbon bar of the settings dialog box is hidden and cannot be shown until we disable our custom master page feature on the site collection level.
We need to have our custom master page enabled and so do the ribbon bar of the stting dialog box for the Nintex forms also should be visible.
We need someone who can work on this asap and have xpertise in handling these issues. We need to do this on urgent basis.
Please bid if you can do this task via teamviewer and Asap as there is no possibility to setup a new environment separately.
It is just one file we need to make change into.
