Correct errors in simple javascript/HTML tool + minor formatting

Hi there,
I've had a tool created for my website in HTML/CSS/Javascript (cf. attached).
The tool takes message inputs from OBD-II (cf. Wikipedia OBD-II PIDs article: [login to view URL]) and returns the descriptions and converted values as per outlined in Wikipedia (for Mode 01).
*** ERROR CORRECTION ***
I need somebody with attention to detail to test every possible entry of PIDs from Mode 01 vs. the Wikipedia documentation and ensure the data is 1:1 (descriptions, formulas, formula calculations). For convenience, you can compare vs. this tool in Google Sheets: [login to view URL]
Messages should be entered as e.g. 4101101010 (41 should always be there, 01 is the PID, 10, 10 and 10 are hex bytes that convert into A, B, C in the tool).
For example, PID 05 and 06-09 are wrong currently.
Please adjust directly in the code to make sure all is corrected and equal to Wikipedia documentation.
*** INVALID PIDs ***
If a message is entered with a pattern that does not match the above structure (e.g. entering 21 instead of 41 in the start or entering "xx" as PID or some other value not existing in the tool), the tool should return "PID not valid/covered" in description and leave all other blank. Right now the tool e.g. just shows the latest valid message entered.
*** FORMATTING ***
The output values (i.e. descriptions, converted values, A, B, C, D, ...) should be colored via CSS to be text color #ff9900 and non bold. Further the tool should be adjusted so the text wraps when viewed on a mobile e.g.
Also, should add a bit more space between fields and output.
This project should be pretty simple and fast to do; looking for quick execution and for somebody where I do not have to double check.
