augmented reality app on IPAD

Looking for an experienced Unity3D / Vuforia developer :

This is an augmented reality project for Ipad. First, you will have to know how to capture colour from pre-built 2D image in camera roll then apply to the 3D model. The app will be based on car drawing for young boys 3-6 aged. Basically the user draws on a car page, app will recognize and analyze its colour / pattern in live camera roll then animated 3D model will show up in AR mode with same colour / pattern. You will build it from scratch. I will provide all 3D models and 2D drawing pages and most graphs for the UI like buttons, icons etc. and video and sound file.
