Convert PSD Template into Joomla Web Page

We would like to relaunch our web page with a new design. We've got PSD files, which need to be implemented in Joomla 3.0. The requirements are cross-browser and mobile compatible (responsive). Attached are three sample pages of the page structure. The following page structure needs to be implemented:
- Main Page
- Product
-- Product 1
-- Product 2
- Service
- Support
- About Us
- Contact
Additional work:
- The startscreen has a kind of scroller and we need another two images in the same style. Text needs to be editable (Look at the existing web page to see what we mean :).
- Newsletter plugin setup
Startpage details:
- In the news area, just show the last 2 news (older news are on a different page)
- Videos & Datasheet area needs to be able to grow for more products
- When the startpage gets loaded a random customer reference needs to be pulled from a pool of references.
