Create Forum for Current Rails App

ability for users to do the following:

create a discussion for a document

add timer to post (after post user has 15 minutes to edit reply)

reply to discussions and reply to replies of a discussion

basic css for page formatting and to show threading of replies

a discussion has a title, tags and body (CKEditor, already installed as ruby gem)

edit and delete a discussion

close and reopen a discussion

closed discussion doesn’t allow replies

attach files to a discussion and replies to a discussion (3 max) (5 MB max per attachment)

ability to delete attached files when editing a discussion

option to email current user when users reply to a discussion (email module already built)

list of discussions for a document that displays username, profile pic, title, tags, time it was last updated (ago format) and number of replies

list of discussions that are related to the list of discussions for a document (matched to tags). also includes username, profile pic, title, tags, time it was last updated (ago format) and number of replies

replies displays username, profile pic, time of reply (ago format), content, attachment names, file size of the attachment and reply link

add friend option to the list of discussions, related discussions and replies to discussions (friend module already built)
