We are are social enterprise building a website to share best practice between social activism projects. We are building the side on Drupal 7, a linux VPS using Git. You will be liaising with fairly knowledgeable techies who will take development forward after the end of the work.
Your initial role will be to:
set up gitolite for access by our developers
set up a front-page which features an image mosiac (sorting of images (ref: ted talks front page, should be javascript) that can be sorted by keywords.)
Set up user registration so every user will have a personal page with bio info, a video and live twitter feed.
If the work is a success there is an opportunity for further freelance employment in later development.
There will be no theming involved; it will be fine to use a no-css zen theme and we will add the css later.
