Write a Jingle for a YouTube Channel

Hello - I am starting a YouTube channel called Kids Corner and I would like to hire someone to create a 10-15 second jingle that is catchy and will appeal to children. I want them to beg their parents to watch the channel and have the jingle stuck in their head.
It should use a compilation of different instruments, like flutes to get a whistling effect, tubas, trombones, drums, etc. I'm looking for something like the attached songs. Notice how they have multiple types of chords from different instruments, happy, cheerful, kid focused - that's what I'm looking for along with cheerful and fun lyrics that will draw attention to the YouTube channel. It needs to be catchy so that kids sing it even when they aren't watching the channel. You will provide the song and the vocals for the lyrics that you will write.
The jingle has to be 100% kid friendly! I want them to get a smile on their face when they hear or, even better, sing it! I would prefer that it be a kids' voice for the vocals.
When the project is complete, you will need to provide 2 final cuts of the jingle - one with vocals and one just instrumental. Also, you will be required to sign a copyright and royalty release.
