Backlinks needed for small business.

This project is for a small business seeking 50? quality backlinks. Here are the specifics:

All links **Must** be dofollow - if you don’t know what that means please don’t apply for this job.

Links must be clearly visible to visitors on the site and should not have any restrictions such as rel="nofollow"

No spamming (multiple links per post are not allowed)

No using the same text or very similar text on each post. I will provide a description of services offered or company information to assist the winner of this project.

Blogs forums, online communities, or? directories? are the preferred location of backlinks.? Link farms are not accepted.? Maximum of 1 post is accepted for each domain.

PR 3+ is required in order for a backlink to qualify.

Site must be at least 6 months old.

Only direct static links will be approved. No dynamic or automated link systems.

The page that my link is going on must be in Google's cache to ensure the page is not blacklisted

You must provide all link data in an Excel spreadsheet which will include:

Exact URL, Google Page Rank, IP address,

Links Must be on pages with 20-40 outgoing links at most.

Links should be PERMANENT and LAST (1) One Year Minimum.

We will start with 50, if the winning bidder provides me with excellent work there will be more projects for you on a regular basis.
