Directory Links Needed

I need my website submitted to directories which will include a backlink to my website. I do not have a specific # of listings that I require. Tell me how many you can give me during your bid. Below are the requirements.
1) Links must be permanent.
2) Links must be manually created with no automatic software.
3) The homepage of the directory must be PR2 or higher.
4) Links must be on English webpages and in the English language.
5) One link per each unique domain.
6) Links must be visible to search engines.
7) Links must be genuine and attained without any black-hat techniques, trickery, or anything like this.
8) Links must be attained with NO login or account needed. They must be freely available to be made on the directories by simple visitors. This way, if you are ever banned or suspended later then my links will still be there.
I will need a text file or spreadsheet showing the URL's of the links so I can verify them before payment. Thank you for bidding.
