I have an adult cam website that I need to build a customer base for. I need to drive customers to the site as well as performers to work on the site.
I am offering the performers a 60% payout where as almost all of the competitors offer a payout of only 30%. This makes a substantial difference to their earnings.
There is two problem requiring a solution - one is we need models to work on the site so the customers can see what they get and the second is we need customers because the models wont work on a site where there is no customers.
I'm unsure of how to tackle this problem.....thoughts appreciated on a suitable marketing strategy targetted at models/performers and paying customers.
