Build Membership/Viral Following

My client just built a robust SAAS social network where users can request feedback from others in other social networks or in their own circles. We need a person who will know how to drive mass amounts of registrations, traffic, and create a viral approach to the site without the usual SEO tactics. We need people that are top executives, managers, leaders, and experts in leadership and management to register. I need someone who can do email marketing, build back links, forum posting, or any other ideas of marketing that you have to get people to register. If you know how to get companies on affliate network sites such as commission junction, link share, etc, that will also be an plus.
