Dismnatle and carry out old kitchen

we have an old kitchen that needs to be pulled down and taken down from 2nd floor to a skip, unless you have a truck that can take it to the tip also. feel free to take/re-use various parts of the kitchen, i.e. granite bench top (black) fully working oven, and stove (Miele) and dishwasher (Miele) - will need two people I think - will get a sparky and plumber if necessary to disconnect gas/water - no fridge to carry down.
