Convert HTML email template from English to Korean

I have about 70 emails that need to be translated from English to Korean. Emails are generally short i.e. Password change/Order Confirmation/Registration Confirmation/ Refund emails.
Person will need to have HTML skills and also can translate text from English to Korean. I will need for that person to come into the office and do the work. No coding is required - as the HTML code already exists. We just need someone who understands not to remove/change the HTML code and insert the Korean text where needed.
We are based in Brookvale, Northern Beaches. Task should take approx 2 days. $400 for the task
