develop engagement greeting card -- 2

I want to develop a 5x5 inch 4 page personalised engagement ('marry me') card for my girlfriend. I have the design and pictures in mind and already gave it an initial go, it just needs someone to give it some real creative guidance/development, and then help put the parts together brilliantly and with the right graphics quality so that I can get the card printed.
