Design custom size men's clothing

I'm looking to start on online men's clothing business. The clothes I want to have manufactured will be custom sizes. I need a designer to assist me with the custom sizes, textiles and designs of the products so that I can send these to a manufacturer.
Initially the range would be quite small, however, I would be looking to expand it in the future. I would prefer to work with someone in Canberra, however, this is not a requirement so long as you are easily contactable.
The clothes I would be looking to have designed initially would be:
- Two pairs of jeans, in regular and long lengths
- One pair of trousers (pants similar to 'Chinos')
- Two button up shirts
- Variety of T-shirts in different sizes
- Everyday casual shorts
As this is a new venture, I am negotiable on price particularly as I would like to work with the same designer when expanding the range.
