Create a vector filigree pattern

I need a filigree pattern recreated in vector format for large scale printing. I have attached the image to be recreated.
Colours are to be black and grey just like the picture and the image is to fade out to solid black around the edges, maybe a little more that the picture attached.
1 image needs to be 1505 x 450
1 image needs to be 1100 x 1100
Images must be supplied in both eps and pdf formats
