Cover For Mixtape (NEED ASAP) -- 2

Me pursuing the music industry, I would like to have my first mixtape cover be nice and stylish, while at the same time affordable. I am turning 18, so the project would be called "18". for this cover, imagine a sign overhead a theater that says "Anthony Herr presents: '18'" I will have photos for you to reference. I would like the type of art similar to the album cover "Under Pressure" by Logic, also posted down below.
