Convert a Template to a Website

This project is aimed on adjuting a startup ecommerce store to prepare it to go online. It should be done in 3 parts as described in details below. I will prefer to hire someone who shows to have all the skills for those phases, but might consider spliting in multiple jobs if I find it is the case.
This template is hosted on [login to view URL] platform. So you should know this platform or confirm you are able to work on it.
1 - Small adjustements on store template:
a) Change some items locations on the main page
b) Change an item location on product page and change the buy button size
c) Change the font of an element on the category page
2 - Graphic Design:
a) Home page banner of woman cosmetic product. You should find photos of beatiful women with great hair and insert a text that is going to be provided on 5 banners
b) Develop a help page that is going to be composed of 5 items. Each item will have and image with a title and on the side 1 text paragraph. You will receive the text content but you will have to find the images
3 - SEO optimizing
The 3dcart will have all the product description filled-up. You will have to make all adjustment regarding keywords and general configuration to optimize the store for SEO
To finish the project, you should give your views on the final result and offer your impression on the final results and suggestion for improving the store.
The store will sell cosmetics for woman, so you will have to show understanding on how to appeal to woman sense of beauty and elegance on your graphic designs
