Hello. I am looking for someone able to build the following site for me.
Here are the requirements:
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- looks and feels like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]
- first page with image and search field : doctor's name, medical institution OR specialty + town ,address, postcode
- no menu, but buttons for Help, My Account, Create account (practician or user/patient)
- must be easy to use and intuitive
- Search outputs all relevant doctors with a summary of their details and availability and a button to make an appointment
- user can click to see more of the chosen practician details, tarifs, availability and pursue to making an appointment
- when chosing to go further into making an appointment, user must be able to enter the reason of the appointment, see availabilities and select one
- when selecting one, the user (patient) needs to register
- registration takes 3 easy steps (with confirmation of email and SMS)
- upon confirmation of the appointment, the system needs to send an SMS to the user (integration with SMS system)
- existence of a backoffice to populate the database, get statistics, graphs, etc
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Linux, Apache, Postgres, PHP (alternative: Ruby on Rails)
- Redis
- Git for source control
- no hard-coded language, neither front office, nor backoffice : needs to be multilingual and easily translated to any language, we need to control the translations also
- easy to read and commented code
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- experienced web designer and coder (we will ask for portfolio)
- masters all technical requirements
- must speak and read french, or accept to make minor evolutions of the site for free
- involvement : the site will evolve, I need flexibility and commitment, without investing for each evolution
- conscious and self motivated
I do not have time constraints, so I will take some time to decide, double check portfolio, references before awarding. I need a job well done. If proposed budget too low, please propose your price and functional limitations if I choose to stick with my budget.
