Your job is to build a website from scratch - I have no designs and no mockups I only have the idea.
My website is for freelancing companies who offer renovations services (painting houses, building something, fixing something.....)
companies, individuals and customers can create account on the website, and there free and paid account (we are still thinking what extra privileges a paid account will have. we are open to ideas.
all money exchange will NOT be done through the website and only between employers and employees.
once an employee apply for a job they can have tags such as recomonded and guranteed on their ad, also ads will be bigger for paid services and may have a frame around them.
you will provide the design and the code for this and I have the server and the domain.
I would like it as a wordpress template but I'm fine with whatever works best so you may suggest anything else.
